You should definitely live how you want. But I'm curious as to why you made this post. I'm 36 and I spent my 20's partying and non-stop manwhoring. I was lucky enough to make some really good financial decisions when I was 30, and after that make a lot of very good investment decisions. Where I am now I can not imagine going back to the life I used to live. I thought I was having a good time, but I really wasn't. Currently, my woman is thick w/child and the thought of not being for the most part financially free is not a good one. Are you planning to procreate? Is the woman you're with going to want a child? Will you be able to provide for both of them? My brother in law used to be poor until I coached him a bit, he went from paycheck to paycheck to having 2x what he used to make in an entire year in savings. He said he "used to hate money" until he had it, now he says he sleeps good at night and doesn't have a lot of the worries he used to have. Said he hated money mainly because of how much stress it caused before he understood how to acquire it and make it work for him. How do you feel about money?
