This SEC ripping Ripple a new asshole makes me think RLC did indeed already get the results of their legal opinion.

The SEC said Ripple claimed to be a cheaper alternative but in fact, they were more expensive to use without compensation.
So if XRP isn't cost effective, how the fuck would RLC be? There's no chance, especially considering the gas fees needed to make the initial purchase, then fees related to converting back into fiat.
Let's be clear: the original iExec US legal opinion took a massive shit on them.
If anything, they're delaying the process to find a firm that won't take an absolute shit on them.
