Day 1 of not doing anything productive for society until KIeros hits 4 USD

recently became 21, haven't gotten a job yet
but I suppose I should start looking into this stuff
so if I'm single, under 65, and have a gross income over $12,000, I'll have to file a tax return correct? not even sure if tax return is the right word
and if I have no income, because I'm a neet, no job and all that, do I still have to file taxes?
or can I just ignore all this until I get a job

Have a master's from a top 200 (world) University and 3.5 years experience; no interviews

Why would I put any stress on myself if the market says it doesn't want me?

I'll just siphon money out of the market via government benefits that works for me, missed out on a lot of games the past 8 years time to catch up

Okay so heres the problem. I'm on a plan with Rogers that costs approx $50 and after the router rental+hst and all that crap the price goes up to about $65. My internet usage limit is about 60gb yet somehow I'm using 100 which I think shouldn't be possibly. This extra usage sends my $65-ish bill to $100+. The reason I think this isn't possible was that I lived in a different location with a 20gb limit and I always went over the limit by 10gb or 15gb, meaning I used 30. Now for some damn reason after upgrading 1 year ago I have a 60gb limit and am somehow using 20-40gb more than I need. The websites I use the most are Imgur, Reddit, Youtube(rarely, usually siblings), Anime(About 1-3 24minute videos per day) and League of Legends(claims to use about 10mb-30mb or more for each hour you touch the thing, not including updates.) I play League of Legends less than 3 hours per day if that helps. If anything I'm quitting all my video games, I will only watch the most important animes that I can't deal with missing and I'm probably quitting imgur and switching to reddit for the obvious reason. Now to try and get a job so I can pay for this and not have my mom yell at me..
