>just under two years of owning and my house's value has gone up almost 60% from what I bought it for and that's without any major renovations on my part

It feels fucking amazing to perfectly time the bottom. It also feels good that I didn't fall for fud being pushed by every retard I knew who thought buying when I bought was a terrible idea because muh pandemic uncertainty. Now a lot of them are looking to buy but they're either priced out or competing with dozens of buyers while I had multiple sellers bending over backwards to get me to buy their house.
