Dad just sent me another picture of more coins that he selects from the scrap bin at his favorite LCS for melt value a few times a week. For whatever reason they don't try marketing their common foreign silver and instead just sell it to a refinery so dad has been stacking lots of cool stuff at 0% premium. Before long he'll have a formidable pile of .600ozt/asw Canadian dollars which I think are very sensible coins to hoard, especially at $10.90 each. I know a couple anons have taken advantage of scrap price coin deals at their LCS so it is probably a widely available option, you just have to ask.
