Couple reasons.
1) US legal opinion Nov/Dec which makes it able to be listed on US exchanges. And who knows what else.
2) iExec is working with the EU, and the funded projects will be onboarded to iExec
3) An NDA contract
And chiefly
4) the launch of the Enterprise Marketplace. It will launch with full legal EU compliance, allowing enterprises to join and begin participating.

These are just the main things off the top of my head, but the bottom line is.. shit's about to kick off.

No, they didn't hype it up, and NCTU is one of the leading global universities in the development and application of offchain trusted compute, which ALONE is projected to bring in 2 trillion dollars in value by 2030. And iExec has no fucking peers in this area, and they are CHAIR of it in the EEA, AND have full legal compliance, allowing companies to legally get involved with the most profitable area of blockchain, easily.
You're FUCKED.
