I'm ending this year being $500K liquid.
I intend to do this by building app in a specific niche.
I got married last year and just had a little boy, it gives me laser focus and energy I didn't know I had.

Hey guys,
I'm getting married and about to have a baby.

I have a flexible job (software developer, in many field quite a lot of remote possibilities). My girlfriend has a stable job that allows remote as well (as long as she can fly regularly to European capitals).

With the crisis incoming and all the boomers holding on their properties, is it wise to buy now? Or should I rent (so I can get better opportunities as they arise) and accumulate gold/crypto on the side?
