For ICE vs VOO:
IV30 (52w) avg/high/low: 23.5 vs 19.2 / 77.7 vs 77.4 / 13.0 vs 9.2
252D HV: 25.1 vs 20.0 / 35.0 vs 28.1 / 16.8 vs 11.4
DY: 1.09% vs 1.51%

Unless I'm completely misunderstanding the numbers, ICE still looks more interesting.

On an unrelated note, if we see yet another red week:
Say, a stock I'm mildly interested in costs $100, my PT is ~$110, but it goes down due to overall market sentiment. I want to sell puts @ $90, and if the strike price is reached — I'm willing to hold it. I've never traded options before, so I don't know if there are any downsides to this plan. What are the risks I should be aware of?
