I am the guy that posted the comment in OPs screenshot and apparently offended him so much with some simple truths.

bro, I am confident that my life is substantially nicer than yours. a lot more money and a lot fewer hours.
at the same time I am not ignorant to the fact that this is deserved only in part and that I would have never gotten to where I am had I not been given large amounts of support (including financial) from my family. Others simply aren't as lucky.
That's unfair. As a society we ought (and will) change that.
