Pricing in is the adjustment of price now according to future expectation.
If bad news are expected then they get priced in down. If there is a surprise it cannot by definition be priced in. We just got an unexpected 75bp hike and another one coming with the possibility of a 1% hike. It is not fucking priced in if it is unexpected.
