The tier has to why it isn’t banned is because if you think about… bitcoin is actually deflationary for a currency. If the US gov sees people pouring billions into crypto, that’s billions no longer going to buying homes, goods, services, etc, so bitcoin actually helps fiat keep its value in a twisted way, it’s just that it can absorb it all so inflation still occurs but the point is, governments actually like bitcoin for this very reason.

I’m not smart enough to work white collar job, I barely finished highschool

I have asthma and I am sensitive to dust, dirt and outdoors work, so I can’t do a blue collar job

I’ve lost so much money trying to make money

Seems I was better off just stacking cold hard cash, at least the number kept going up that way

I am buying whale ownership % amounts of many low cap serious altcoin projects in the <10 Million mcap range that were born in this bear market

Even if only 1 of them reaches a multi billion market cap in the next bull run I will make 10s of millions of dollars, with a worst case scenario of just a few million

The richest guy in crypto I know

All he does is look for low market cap altcoins and buys them and holds them and sells them in the next bull run and he holds USDT and USD

He has managed to do this the the last 2 bull runs and he is by far the richest guy I know

He has been playing with the houses money for 8 years now

I got so paranoid about inflation I panicked and bought so much terrible investments that I regret and will never be able to recoup my money let alone be protected from inflation

I should have just accepted my savings being rotted away by inflation, that would have been better than me just blowing it all away in a panic on stupid investments

I work a good job (lawyer) and have $150K saved up from living with my parents. My borrowing capacity is $440K. I can’t move away from the city because I work in the heart of it.

I can’t even try to get a 2-3x with crypto anymore since westpac blocked Binance and payid doesn’t work anymore.

Man even as a long term late buying hodler since 2018 I am starting to think it’s not gona happen, like all those memes about 69k being the generational top were true and that were just gona slowly bleed down to the low 4 digits, or even hit back into the mid-high 3 digits, eliminating 8 years of progress, with trillions of dollars wasted on all areas of crypto from DCAers to leverage traders to miners and everything else, all the work, time, effort, energy, all just fizzled out with nothing to show for it

The scary thing is that everyone here thinks that’s an impossible scenario, which is why it’s even more likely to happen

I truly believed the greater fool theory would last a lot longer than it did, it seems like there’s really no more fools left, besides ourselves

Why am I so much less stressed after getting liquidated for all of my Bitcoin?

It’s like a weight has come off my shoulder, even though what I lost will probably be worth millions by 2030 or so

It’s honestly surreal I didn’t get JUSTed and lose everything. This is just another one of those examples where it makes me think “damn I can’t believe I made it out without losing”.

It’s baffling to waste $20-$30K on a shitty car when you can buy a beater for a few grand. Even absolute shit boxes nowadays look ok since even old used cars are fairly modern.
