Question is how the fuck do i help them get out of this shitty situation? They aren't very educated in general. They were somewhat aware when they brought into the property and i tried speaking to my mother about it but she just shrugged it off. She doesn't understand how unresonable it is to pay off a shitty house like this for almost 700k. Idk bros; there health isnt at top condition, if something was to happen to them this shit show comes down to me and i don't know if im willing to do anything about it.

I have still yet to see a strong argument against a diverse portfolio. I like being able to watch multiple coins perform relative to eachother, and liquidate positions if they're not returning as much as other positions. If my entire portfolio had been in BTC over the last 2 years, I'd be up ~4x, instead of being up ~50x.
