your reminder isn't why people should be against mom and pop shops. the real reason is:
1. the environment impact - grocery and small shops create the worst plastic handed out containers
2. the government not allowing peer to peer. "small" business is actually just code for "we played by the govvie wovvies rules so now only we can sell ((((cooked goods)))). which is also why its so expensive to run a small business, you know along with the unscalable model (jump right in with $100k and $0 revenue everyone's dream) that runs off loans and scraping by unless you have massive volume like Wendys
