They can get the price to whatever they want. At the very start of all this there was video from a Bloomberg terminal scrolling how every cent up there were like 1000 shares exactly being sold back and forth. The only reason this shot up is because their foot slipped off the brake when the FED shut down. You think its just a coincidence FED shuts down interbank trading and the stock volume SHOOTS to the sky?
