Here is a proof that they don't have shares to buy back and cover naked short position, So they have paid over $300/share yesterday.

Why share price falling?
It looks like they are using last few shares that they have to bring the price down and probably naked shorting even more as a last attempt to manipulate the market. They can use phantom shares ( imaginary shares ) to sell just to get the share price down to trigger stop loss orders and margin calls. When they real shares they need to pay what the market is asking. That's why yesterday even though ASK was around $59 they have paid more than $300/share to buy back some shares.
