This is what fees could potentially look like for UNI token holders.

>token holders will inevitably allocate fees to be repaid back to themselves. the protocol currently has 3% fees allotted for various things (dev, investors, etc). even if they allotted 3% of fees specifically for token holders (an egregiously high amount) that would be $600M (as an example based off uniswap's last year's performance). if there are only 150,000,000 tokens at the time of that fee issuance (there will be more, there are 1,000,000,000 tokens allotted for the entire ecosystem, but ill keep it low for the sake of your positive-outlook autism), that means each token would be eligible for an annual reward of $.60.

now lets look at tonight. narrative wildly switching between "sell immediately" to "this is the next big thing and its going to be $50 EOM."

Buying looks like the short-term play but as soon as futures are released the larger holders are going to tank this into the ground, or take over governance. Either way the prospects don't look great. At least not worth enough to buy in at this price.
