What action can i take against unreasonable pressure from a real estate agent?

I'm moving house in 4 weeks and my real estate agent wanted to come by last Thursday or Friday to take pictures for the listing, neither of these days worked for me or partner as we were both working so she asked as to take the photo's ourselves, we did and she told us they weren't good enough and that she was going to follow up with court action to grant her access to the property when she felt like it.
This behaviour has been both threatening and unreasonable and I would like to take some form of action against this, any of you know what's the best course of action i could take, I live in Australia.
