With how things are going sell bear call spreads or just spam delta-neutral methods. (Selling put condors or what have you)

NOT GONNA LIE I kinda did get molested but the VIX LEAPS did stem the bleeding when it jumped to nearly 40 last year.
Been experimenting with new methods to farm theta since I can't stick to directions when the market gets spicy.
For the most part, selling Put Butterflies and Put Condors has helped greatly.

To add on that you can adjust it to lower the net risk involved and close that valley of death. You may just need to adjust it somewhat to find the sweet spot.

Slight problem there you have,
Make it all puts and play with it to make it a credit. Also not all tickers are good with it, some will produce outsized credits and others like SPY won't give much.
