Sold my remaining 90k LINK at $1.30 yesterday. Blog post delay will most likely make the price dump to $1 at least. Then when it finally comes out, it will dump a bit more, but I'll probably buy back in at $0.9-$1. Mainnet won't create the huge demand for LINK since there won't be penalized contracts aka staking which means no reduced LINK circulation. Most don't know this so again the price will most likely dump even further, but probably not below $0.7.

Anyway, for LINK to not dump back so much, we need Coinbase to be announced soon after mainnet. It's crucial for node operators to be able to buy/sell LINK on a regulated exchange(inb4 Coinmetro lmao). Blogpost needs to contain information when staking will be added to the Chainlink network. Hopefully by the end of Summer. Also, if Sergey plans to use the 350m LINK to incentivise node operators without staking in place, then expect some more sell pressure.

TL;DR : LINK will dump if the staking deadline is not announced or if it's in Q4. Basically staking is the main thing for LINK's steady price rise.

What if ETH gets dethroned by a better competitor which scales better and has better security etc... what happens to Chainlink? I truly believe in the project but Ethereum's success is not a given, once the network shrinks and becomes vulnerable Chainlink itself becomes vulnerable. It opens up the possibility of rigging a multi billion dollar network (LINK) by rigging a way smaller underlying network (ETH) for a small price. What's Sergey's solution to that scenario?

I'm all in LINK but I'm nervous. The team can't fucking spell. That's like the most basic thing. Imagine you're meeting a lawyer to go over an important business deal, and he shows up in a perfectly tailored suit but he has white gym socks and beat up, old shoes on. Going from an ATH of $45k to $6k as an 18yo really makes one depressed. Almost all in on LINK atm with 21k stack. I've read almost everything about it and gone through every fud and I actually think I'm gonna get back to my ATH with it. Mind is constantly occupied by LINK and my previous ATH.
