it's not too much. Everything in your stack is rather safe unless taken in retarded quantities. Wouldn't recommend noopept, it works for very few people. Aniracetam is weak, although effects become more noticeable the longer you take it (noticed it for other racetams as well). Alpha GDC is a must with any racetams, you can also eat more eggs or get lecithin supplements. Instead of modafinil get armodafinil. For anxiety/mental energy get phenibut + fasoracetam, I haven't found anything working better than this combination.

phenibut is definitely 10/10, I thought it was placebo at first too, because I went with safe dose of about 500mg. Then I decided to try 1.5g since it didn't work, and it went way beyond my expectations with anxiety disappearing like a bad dream, felt free and up for anything for the first time in over a decade. It's a sad realization that there's life without crushing anxiety, but you grew up with it, learned how to hide and suppress some aspects of it, and it's part of your normal daily life.
