As a guy who doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about i'd imagine their strategy their strategy is to either wait until the Short ban is lifted on GME then enact another attack to utterly dumpster it or simply go bankrupt by the interest and let the government pick up the debt... Or maybe the paying the interest itself is no bother at all and they can take it forever and ever while prospering in other stocks.

They aren't gonna hold EVERY SINGLE PERSON who bought into GME accountable just that Roaring Kitty/DeepFuckingValue guy so it doesn't matter. If you made money off of it then you made money off of it.

And even then it's highly unlikely they can seriously hold him accountable. His defense will likely hinge greatly on the Free Speech part of the constitution and just say he was enacting that right and people just listened. Then if he's smart he's probably gonna get his Lawyer to turn it back on the Hedgies and put on display all the attacks they made to the stock.

GME was different and as far as i've been told about it was a situation that only happened because the hedgies decided to delve into illegal as fuck territory rather than actually pay up. At the very least there it let people live up to the slogan of "it's not about the money"
