Since the first of the month, you can't make online credit card purchases in Europe anymore, without additionally confirming the transaction through a smartphone app. It's like a bad joke turned reality. Yet this shitcoin is scraping just above its literal all time low. WHAT IN THE FUCK? Does cash have to be genuinely outlawed before privacy coins go up again? This is not how it was supposed to happen!

I set aside 2000$ a couple of weeks ago in anticipation of buying the dip but I've been hesitating because it keeps falling. It's now barely 20% above its literal all time low (including pre great bullrun) which is pretty unusual for a top 50 coin even the ones that are clearly dead projects or supper scammy.
