it's really not difficult to determine what it means to buy low and sell high. if you do this on good companies you'll never lose money again except maybe in once in a decade+ black swan events, but you'll make a lot of money the rest of the time and can just hodl through those without much trouble (or just like, pay attention to world events so if another black plague comes around you know you should probably get out).

here i even marked buying areas in blue. notice a pattern yet?
