What are /biz/'s favorite side hustles?
I'm curious on if you Anons do anything on the side for extra cash.
I've been thinking about doing some private room Airbnb (when rona' eventually starts to blow over), it seems like a turnkey operation, letting them stay in the guest room, and making some extra cash. Plus, if they decide to be garbage or not pay the expenses, then I can "persuade" them to leave with either a call to the police or a loaded shotgun.
Also, maybe finding an easy way to get furries to give me money that's not drawing porn or making fursuits, since they're loaded with cash.

Hey /biz/, care to give me some advice?

I've been lurking here quite a while but have never posted. With the potential Covid-19 stimulus Checks coming our way, I thought I would see what you guys think we should do with it. A bit about my situation:

Medical Resident in US, wife works as well, 2 young kids in day care.

Income: Combined we take home around $100,000 pre tax, in 1.25 years this should at least triple after I complete my training.

Debt: We have a sickening amount of student debt at ~6% APR. we have 8,000$ on a credit card still in promotional phase with 0%APR until Oct 2020. We have $6,000 taken out of a $25,000 HELOC which is at a promotional 3% APR for the next few months then will jump to around 7-8%. 2 car loans which are sitting around $20,000 total at about 3.5%.

Pathetic savings: We have ~$5,000 in cash, and $750 in high yield savings account.

Plan: We will be moving out of state for my final year of training, and plan on renting our current home (a bit terrified with the current situation). We have also put an offer on a place in our new city which we also plan to keep as a rental property in the future as well. Closing costs should be ~ $10,000 and moving costs should be another ~3-5,000.

Since I will be needing the money in a few months anyways, I was thinking that the best plan of attack would be to put all the money back into the HELOC. However I have heard that HELOCs can be closed by the banks without fair warning. Any thoughts on what to do with the $3,400?
