Yes as a decaying asset its price inverses (goes the opposite) the underlying’s (I’m this case a fucking index lmao) price. It goes up and soxs goes down. If you look at it on a large timeframe you will see that it’s decaying as the price goes up.

Like an imaginary number this is an imaginary asset. Look at this chart. If the underlying price was 0$ then soxs would be ∞$. It’s a tool to hedge/make money with my fren.
