I am a business owner and I threw a creditcard machine at my employee. It hit him in the back. I was drunk at the time and I was angry because i told my bartender to close down. He broke down the bar and did a cash out/cash count. When he was done two customers walked in. Bartender was there since 2 pm. We closed at 1030pm. They two customers came in and asked if we were closed. I said no because I wanted every dollar I can get;was also drunk. I tell him to open the reg again, but he doesn't want to cuz he's been there all day. I said stop being in a hurry to close.(but I've been riding everyone's ass except for the females since I've gotten there) After the two customers left because we were closed,I got angry again because cc machine in the front was broken. I got mad and blamed the bartender for it;then when his back was turned, I threw it at him. It hit his back. He was sooo pissed at me. I just left. So can I fire him or will he sue me? Can he sue me? There was also a Japanese film crew who witnessed what happened. Am I fucked? Will he end up owning my bar?
