i'd recommend getting some sunlight (sun bathing/tanning).

eat more fresh fruits and vegetables (not GMO)
drink about 1 gallon per every 150lbs of bodyweaight. (i prefer distilled water)
get some aerobic exercise a few times a week. (i like a mini trampoline. NASA says it's most efficient.)
