LTC finally looks bullish in both USD and on the BTC ratio. I have been buying since 0.0046 BTC

Here's some schizo napkin math for you all as far as proof of work goes:

Right now it costs 1/25th of the cost to mine LTC at the current hashrate than it does to run BTC at the current hashrate. It's actually 1/22 and rising but this makes the math easy.

1 / 25 = 0.04

Now take into account that LTC is 4x the supply of BTC

0.04 / 4 = 0.01 BTC ceiling price estimate for the ratio. That would be approximately a 2x from here.

No idea on the USD price.
