Well, these wallets themselves had to be ordered. Other wallets don't have to be.
The shop leaked:
Full name, address, email and phone number
Making these people now prime targets for all kinds of scams.

They are a good way to store crypto. It is impossible to know what "the best" way is. That very much depends on your situation and risk loading. With hardware wallets, you really have to trust their silicon. Sure if you're a normie likely nothing too bad (except leaks and stuff) will come but if you're a high-profile illegal organization I wouldn't trust these wallets at all.
