How can someone land a job at companies like Google in Europe? Just over linkedin you can see that at one position there were over 150 applicants (just from linkedin). In my case it's a position about ux-design. I fullfill all the written requirements, went to a top university and got a master title, have a strong portfolio website, etc. Even worked abroad for a year. The only thing which is missing a bit is work-experience. I have about 3 years during and before my master studies (intern position). Is that a exclusion criterion?

Do you have any pro-tips of how to increase the chances?
