Anon, if what we are talking about comes to pass, I'm not sure crypto exchanges are part of the equation. I'm talking OTC for XRP, and for Flare, there likely would be a new ecosystem put in place for lending via whatever national/international entity is spearheading that effort. Perhaps exchanges will relist at a higher price point, perhaps not. The point being-- we don't need them.
