Imo it is not a hold at all. Doesn't matter if they are financed for years. They cut most of their employees and have nothing of real value in pipeline. The dividends are never going to happen, the odds of them creating anything of value let alone a FDA approved pancreatic cancer drug is virtually nothing. Even if they did, dividend would mean nothing. Dividend is just PR bullshit to keep investors from all jumping ship.
