This is up to the judicial and political system to address, and NOT the domain of BitCoin, which is just money. You can use money for good and for evil, like all technology.

The great thing about it is that you don't actually have to like Craig to be able to use Bitcoin. Anyone can use it. If you break the law using Bitcoin you will still have to answer to the law, whether you think the laws are just or unjust.

The good thing about Bitcoin however, is that it is a public ledger. Which incentivizes all participants to be honest, because your transactions are recorded forever. This puts corrupt governments in a bad spot, because they are the ones who benefit most from being able to operate in the dark.

Bitcoin simply shines a light where there was darkness before. Criminals on all sides, whether you are in government or not in government, will detest it this kind of system
