As he pointed out, ebay is terrible but still the #1 platform for old shit n stuff.

Long story short:
GF sold something on ebay. Seller wanted to return but GF didn't deal with returns. Case was closed on ebay but case was opened on paypal at the same time as well so paypal refunded money because GF didn't understand she has to reply on paypal. Buyer refuses to return money or item.

Buyer lives in CA, have her contact info/name.
Is there anyway to get money back via lawsuit or police report? Its not a very large amount of money(50 bucks or so) but at the very least GF wants to make buyers life difficult.

Anyone resell items that you have bought from carboot sales? What items do you particularly look for?

Let's talk about eBay. How much are you selling a month? Profit margins? Interesting/Good niches?

I inherited a bunch of vending machine parts and stuff about 6 months ago and have been selling off part by part on eBay. I've sold about 50 items and have had 6 buyers attempt to scam me. I take down the serial number and take numerous photos of everything I sell. 4 of them bought an item from me and tried to return the broken one they were replacing claiming it was the one I sent. Other 2 stripped smaller parts from what they go and tried to send it back as incomplete.

My question is, everytime this happens my paypal gets frozen and I've got to deal with fighting eBay and these idiots with proof. What steps can I take to prevent this?

I just got refunded for an untracked item again, I wasn't lying, I just haven't received my item in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes though, after I'm refunded, sadly I will receive the item a few days later, though other times I never get it.

I just realized though, aren't untracked items a 3 way assfuck situation? Since firstly, the postman can easily steal them, secondly, the buyer can easily lie and be refunded, and thirdly the seller can even pretend, or forget, to send you your item. How does ebay even operate when I'm refunded about half of my packages that's aren't tracked?

Hey guys, I just ordered some tech shit from a chinese electronics website.
They rejected my paypal transfer because I failed to provide a screenshot of my paypal account an a photocopy of my ID.
Is this normal, I don't wanna give my information to them, but they're really cheap.
Also I should mention I'm using it to dropship on ebay, and already have 2 buyers waiting.
