Motivation is bullshit. Your problem is one of
1. You don't feel like it's a choice or you have agency to do this thing you feel 'unmotivated' to do - and you need to take ownership of it
2. You don't want it enough, or you have other priorities
3. You want it badly but you can't actually understand how or why it's necessary
4. You have no idea where to start making progress
