Just think about this for a second.

Of all the ERC20 projects out there the only two that are held by f2pool is Maker and OmiseGO. Why is this significant? Well for a start it shows that of the countless ERC20 projects out there, f2pool have decided that Maker and OmiseGO are the only two worth investing in.

Secondly f2pool has been around for many years and they have experience and most likely have access to information that we common folk do not. I am absolutely certain that f2pool would not be wasting their time building bitfish with David if they thought this project was A) a waste of time or B) not going to be profitable.

I really think this project will pay off big time in the long run, perhaps not in 1 year or 2 years but certainly in 5+ years when the plasma network and DEX are fully developed, merchants are connected and word spreads to businesses. I don't think there's any other ERC20 project I'd rather have my money in.

Friends, the OmiseGO update we've all been waiting for is out - enjoy: https://blog.omisego.network/omg-dex-update-6245812a7b2d

Hodling this token has never been more comfortable, because these are the brightest minds in crypto doing the biggest things.

I have complete faith in Jun to deliver.

Edit: Thanks for the gold, kind stranger.

Earlier this year, OmiseGO Research Scientist David Knott said that Plasma will be usable optimistically in Q3, pessimistically in Q4.

Take a look at their new update:
https://www.reddit.com/r/omise_go/comments/9ipix9/plasma_update_3_september_25_2018/

The main roadmap items they gave here are:

1. Finish a minimum viable Plasma prototype
2. Submit that minimum prototype for auditing
3. Address the auditing results in the production version
4. Not stated explicitly: address all other, non-audited issues in the production version (performance, stability, usability, etc.)
5. Submit the production version for another audit

On average, each of these items would need to be completed in 2 weeks or less for them to complete a viable Plasma version in Q4.

Given how many open "research" items they have, and the fact that Plasma is mainly developed by the intern Kelvin, I think 1 month per item is more realistic - and that's quite possibly even fairly optimistic.

So Plasma would be ready optimistically in Q1, pessimistically in Q2, and maybe realistically in Q3.

And that's only a building block, which they will then need to use for their actual product.
