I wouldn't take that claim at face value at all. It was most likely just weak evidence that they withdrew before trial.

Also, I have a very technical background in Computer Science and research. If you don't then I can understand why you might be confused or 'appalled' even. The token known as 'BTC' is not Bitcoin as defined in the original Bitcoin whitepaper. BSV is Bitcoin. No question.
