Can you stockfags give me a rundown on how drug companies, especially smaller ones are valued?

Consider the following: CorMedix .Inc. It has a drug called LOCK-IT-200 coming up for the most common type of skin cancer, NDA filing coming up and a fast track status thanks to FDA. Yet its stock is tanking.

What gives?
