Rent is $1200 a month (every 30 days)
$1200 x 12 = $14,400 per year

Now you pay every 4 weeks, 1 year = 52 weeks
$1200 * (52 / 4) = $15,600

Effectively, this means they raise your rent to $1300 per month.
If they want to keep the same, 14,400 * 4 / 52 = $1,107.69. In layman terms, they have to lower the rent price to $1,100 / month so the price is still the same as before.
I'm willing to bet $1 million on this, they won't lower it.
OP, don't get tricked by jew tricks.
