I always pay taxes back every year. With my gains I'll probably pay back even more, but would like to see if I qualify as a day trader making 20-40 trades a week.

I hear its ridiculously hard for the IRS to recognize you as one. The 3K losses deduction and the home office expense write off seems nice too. No idea what's the limit on that though.

Even if I don't qualify and pay 30% of gains, I've made a killing.
