1. youtube is shit nowadays, alphabet/google censor like crazy and not only is their AI removing all your ads if you say a naughty word but they have even begun parsing facial expressions to see if you for example look sad. youtube also changes their policy constantly, sets vague rules so you don't know what you should do, and most recently they have put into their terms that they can terminate you if they simply dont think you are monetizable. even if your channel is doing well they can change the algorithm over night and your views drop by 90%. big uploaders have posted concern-videos over the last two years ("not making money from video i spent two weeks on") and if established channels have to shut down new channels simply won't cut it. youtube is theirtube now.

2. opening a gaming web-shop is extremely hard with the competition. not only are you up against Steam and Epic Games Store but these days more and more AAA game companies start their own shop for big titles

3. physical gaming stores are doomed already, just a matter of time before they are all gone unfortunately.

4. a combination of non-working businesses still makes for a non-working business.
