I had a chance to buy 6 Dunkins 4yrs ago at 35k a piece (with huge franchise territory) in central nh and passed it up. Now there's at least 10 in the same area. Gas stations want them and brick n mortars to fill in old pizza joints, bank spots, deli spaces it's unreal. Wish I lived in an area where dd hasn't grown too it's really easy to pick up a franchise and their legit about not letting others move in to your owned area.
