looks like the action i noticed on VIX this week was from commercial specs stepping up their positions

large specs continue to short
alongside small specs
very strange imo
large specs can obviously hold through anything, but i could see small specs getting squeezed desu. looks like they were almost net long by the middle of the week, but then shorted this friday spike

i currently have a couple VIX puts i bought for the weekend
planning on vol dropping back down monday, and ill take my lunch money and go long IWM this week till i see a sign
