I honestly want to fade that sentiment. Model reopening as "X number of sick days for every Chinaman to have had it and, even with reinfection, no longer give a fuck". Now with *everyone* simultaneously infected, even the ultra paranoid ones? That number will be reached incredibly fast, faster than we ever saw in the West.

Plus, keep in mind that the overflowing hospitals with TikTok nurses meme we suffered is the exact opposite of what the CCP will sell. By Lunar New Year we could very well have a 100% "who cares? I had it, reopen" sentiment.
