He could be telling us a couple of things here.
1. He could be saying that his xrp trading bots are still active and are going to keep xrp's price action in the same range its been on centralized exchanges:
Continued crabbing.
2. He could be saying that xrp is going to have some price action similar to solano.
I'll believe it when I see it.
