Just some time in the future.
Elon wants more satellites up before he considers taking it public with IPO. And by more I mean thousands more. Right now a few hundred go up a month on Falcon 9 but the timeline should accelerate when Starship can put up 400 a launch compared to Falcon 9's 60 per launch.
It'll be a year or more before it happens but Starlink will make bank from it's great fundamentals and Elon's meme magic working together.
