I love this job. It's fucking awesome, and when I get out I have the potential to go airlines, defense industry, or just stay in and earn bank.

Only complaint is that depending on what's going on I'll be gone all the time, and it's extremely hard to maintain a relationship with this lifestyle. Sometimes you get stationed in a complete shithole and it's a few hours drive to civilization for some sanity (experiencing this right now).

Worked my whole life to get here, and I fucking love it. Go to work every day and get to do cool shit, plus the opportunities for when I get out are just ridiculous. However, your wage is capped by Uncle Sugar, so I'll never be rich unless I invest all my extra cash and keep my expenses to a bare minimum.

Love:

>The people I work with
>Literally cannot think of a cooler job

Hate:
>The places they send us are fairly shitty. Once in awhile you'll luck out and get a cool assignment
>All the bureaucratic red tape and paperwork (aka queep).
>It's lonely. The military is a sausage fest.
