Why do Monero autists think there’s something special about their shitcoin? It’s not the only private p2p cryptocurrency, just the most well known.

It isn’t even an actual currency. Your drug dealer doesn’t want XMR he wants US dollars. Monero just gives him a private way to collect US dollars. It’s a promissory note for actual currency at best. And XMR mooning is good for junkies and cp addicts since that means you can buy more illicit shit for less Monero.
