Exactly one year ago my career was over

I used to be an airline pilot, at the age of 29 I had an epileptic episode out of no where, I lost my medical and my license. I can't even be an instructor...

Anyone else thinking of just cashing out everything now, even if it's at or below initial investment, and never come back? This market is taking all of my time and I feel like the stress is taking years off of my life. I just want it to be over with.

Guys, I think it's over. The market just keeps bleeding out. Every time we recover a bit we bleed further and further. At some point we'll have another 50% crash, which will lead many of us at least 70% below or initial investment. New buyers are driven away daily. The technology will survive, but the speculative market seems to be nearing its end.

I have lost all hope of making it with crypto. It's over. You keep telling me to hold, but deep down we all know we won't make it. We've seen what happens when the masses flood in. We've reached the peak early January, and now we'll just bleed out, because there are no new people buying in. We all know this. But we're deluding ourselves, because we don't want to admit defeat. I've seen my portfolio bleed and bleed and bleed, and there's no sign of it stopping.

Early adopters are long gone and dumped their bags on us. And here we are, the late majority, thinking we deserve the same gains as the people who stuck with bitcoin from the beginning. We don't deserve anything. It's only fair that we're only using money from here on out. We were too late. Just admit it and move on with your life. Crypto is not the way to get rich anymore.

Is anyone here still expecting the market to go up again? Like Late December/Early January levels up? I'm in every fucking FUD thread trying to say that it'll happen, but I think I finally have to admit that I'm just deluding my true feelings. Deep down I know that it's over. The perfect storm of media FUD, normie masses streaming in and having been burned, incoming regulations and the prospect of a multi-year bear market are getting to me. I want to say that everything will be fine, that we'll all make it, but I finally reached a point where I can't anymore. I'm sorry. I'm still holding, down 70% from my initial investment, and I'm not even sure I'll ever break even anymore. Is it over? Is this how it ends? With a slow and painful bleedout over months, if not years?
