so I was looking into an ico i was hyped about few months ago, basically Titanium Blockchain, as michael stollaire ex member of Verge is the CEO of that company, he claims he has a company named Michael, his company is EHI-INSM INC

I researched his company and came across this

On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for COMPANY AS A SERVICE (CAAS) by EHI-INSM INC., Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. The USPTO has given the COMPANY AS A SERVICE (CAAS) trademark serial number of 87622415. The current federal status of this trademark filing is NEW APPLICATION FILED.
I don't get it, does mean his company has been registered only few months ago or this registeration has been renewed someone explain me please, millions of dollars has been invested into this ico
